AD COPY FORMAT: Camera-ready laser
output or high quality inkjet paste-on; disk or CD
files in Pagemaker or Quark; e-mail in Pagemaker or
Quark with attachments, PDF or jpeg files 200 dpi
and above; and AdSend (Code MIGGR).
FILES NOT ACCEPTED: Word, WordPerfect,
Excel, Microsoft Publisher, PowerPoint, Appleworks,
ClarisWorks, Microsoft Works and Works. Images
off the WEB are 72 ppi are not suitable for
printing.

due Monday with one advanced notice. Earlier

| Reaching 26,000 readers each week: 15% are
older than 65 years of age; 43% from ages 35 to 65;
